Juliet is a certified personal trainer, nutrition coach and bodybuilding coach equipped with over 4 years of weightlifting experience, and a deep knowledge of strength and muscle development. Following years of disordered eating, Juliet’s energy, strength and confidence were at all time lows, so she picked up a dumbbell and never looked back. She fell in love with building strength, muscle, and confidence, pouring endless hours of research into weightlifting, human anatomy and exercise physiology starting at just 16 years old. When signing up to train with Juliet, she will assess your performance level and capabilities, build a 100% personal program, and show up to every session eager to educate, inspire, and encourage you through every step of your journey with a genuine and down to earth spirit.
