- Group Mat Class: Designed to improve strength, flexibility, and overall well-being, these classes are complimentary for our valued members, making it convenient to prioritize fitness goals. Refer to our group class schedule for details.
- Private Sessions: Members have the option to schedule private sessions with our Pilates instructors (see their profiles below) for a tailored experience. These sessions are conducted in our Pilates Reformer Studio.
