Stacy graduated from West Jefferson High School, and has 15 years of experience in the Customer Service and banking industry. She joined the Club in December 2005. Stacy’s responsibilities include billing processing, payment processing, contract quality control, membership cancellations, membership freezes, and basic membership assistance.
