Chad Burnett is a New Orleans native who studied Marketing at the University of Louisiana at Lafayette. He has one daughter entering college and a 20-year-old tabby cat. When he's not providing members with outstanding customer service, you'll either find him on the basketball court or on the hunt for his next bowl of gumbo.
