Stacy Falcone, Co-General Manager/Accounts/Billing Manager
Stacy graduated from West Jefferson High School, and has 15 years experience in the Customer Service and banking industry. She joined the Club in December 2005. Stacy’s responsibilities include billing processing, payment processing, contract quality control, membership cancellations, membership freezes, and basic membership assistance. Jennifer Neil, Co-General Manager/Athletic Director
Jennifer Neil is a native New Orleanian who grew up in Metairie and graduated from high school at Mount Carmel Academy in 2003. She then graduated from Louisiana State University in 2007 with a BS in Dietetics and a minor in Psychology, while also participating in the school’s cross country/track and field program. Over the years Jennifer held various roles in the fitness community – personal and group trainer, owner of Louisiana Running Company, and Race Director of the New Orleans Track Club. Jennifer’s passion has always been encouraging and motivating people to achieve their health and fitness goals, so being involved in the community focusing on health and fitness is very important to her. Chelsea was born in Metairie, LA and moved to North Carolina after Katrina. She went to Appalachian State University where she majored in Computer Science and minored in Mathematics and Anthropology. Chelsea has a son named Connor, cats, and a Catahoula. She enjoys spending time with her son, snowboarding, sky diving, playing video games, watching movies, and traveling. Robin is a Louisiana native from Luling and 2006 graduate of LSU. She has been working in the hospitality industry for years in various roles including as tour guide, concierge, Spanish translator and in housekeeping. Seeing people all over the world fall in love with New Orleans has been the most gratifying aspect of her career thus far. In her off time, Robin can be found hosting the occasional tea party, playing piano, and spending time with her beloved cat Bambatta.
