Welcome to the NOAC!
Established in 1872, the NOAC is one of the oldest athletic
clubs in America and has a rich tradition of athleticism, camaraderie,
and a commitment to excellence. After Katrina, the NOAC completed
an enormous club renovation and now offers the most state
of the art facility in the region.
The NOAC proudly offers more than 40 group
exercises classes per week, a highly qualified group of personal
trainers, a staff committed to customer service, and a workout
environment catered to your specific needs. With areas such
as the Library, Vaughan's Pub, and the Ballroom, the NOAC
is more than a place to workout, it's a part of life and a
home away from home.
Guests at the NOAC
The NOAC is centrally located in the French Quarter just minutes from the CBD. Day passes are offered to hotel guests. Passes are $20 a day and gives visiting guests full use of the facilities and classes. A form of picture identification and hotel room key must be presented to obtain a day pass. Visitors who are not staying at a hotel are not eligible to buy a day pass.

Fat Burning Fit Camp
Get a whole body workout that kick starts fat burning by challenging your cardiovascular system and building muscle! Use medicine balls for whole body movements, focusing on your core to build strength and challenge your cardiovascular system. The agility ladder, along with other agility drills, requires peak calorie consumption to keep your body moving quickly.
By combining these together, clients get a full body resistance training program that engages your cardiovascular system and maximizes your calories burned!
Rate: Includes 8- 30 minute sessions and a pre and post program evaluation
• $120 for package
• $20 per session for drop in classes
Date & Time:
• Starts March 18th and runs for 4 weeks
• Classes start at 6 pm Monday and Thursday
•*The first class will take place at 6:15-6:45 to allow for optional pre evaluations from 6-6:15pm
•*The last class will take place at the normal time and post evaluations will be done from 5:45-6pm
• Meet at trainer's office 5 minutes prior to class starting
• Medicine balls, agility ladders, resistance bands, agility cones and poles
